Font problems - Cannot open files

Hello,

Today I faced a problem with my Across Language Server 5.7 57629. It is impossible to open files. The error window shows the following:

FontsModule::InstallFontForTask Template cannot be loaded
Details:
Attempted to access an unnamed file past its end.
DSE: Failed to create style template. Code:#0 File: BStyleTemplateInfos.cpp Line: 117

CBStyleTemplateInfos::DBLoad failed. Code:#0 File: BStyleTemplateInfos.cpp Line: 132

Can anyone please help to solve this problem? I need to access the files urgently.
