Topic: Across 8.0 crashes instead of showing a warning window

Hello! This error occurs when Across is about to show a warning about a changed number or to inform that there are no more segments to edit etc. Instead of showing the pop-up window, the program stops reacting. Clicking anything rings a sound as if a pop-up was still open, waiting to be confirmed. The only way to continue work is opening the Task Manager, killing the Across process and restarting the software, trying to avoid situations when a pop-up would open. Strange enough, it happens only with some projects. Have you find any workaround for this issue? I will be thankful for your help as I use Across a lot recently - not because I like it but because my clients require it.
